Banza's TikTok Content Creator will help us level up our TikTok presence by creating witty, share-worthy videos that are as funny as they are on-brand. They'll spend time on the Banza FYP searching for the latest trends and content opportunities (yes, we want you to scroll ~professionally~). This person should know how to scale an account on TikTok, and should feel very comfortable getting in front of the camera and creating videos on the fly!

REQUIREMENTS
You know the TikTok platform well — you've built a presence of your own there, and know how to hack the algorithm to take video performance to the next level.
You have a strong sense of humor and understand how to apply your own style of comedy to a distinct brand voice.
You're obsessed with food and pop culture! You know what's latest and greatest first, and are always on the lookout for the next big trend.
You're proficient with editing on TikTok and CapCut — bonus if you've used editing software like Adobe Premiere.
You're able to commit to 10-15 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create a steady stream of content that allows us to increase our reach and engagement; establishing Banza as a ubiquitous TikTok brand
Identify trends that are relevant across the food space and beyond, making recommendations to help Banza show up in a creative, memorable way
Work closely with the Senior Content Marketing Manager on reporting & optimizing Banza's TikTok content strategy
Use platform and content learnings to continually level up our output on TikTok
