Co-Star Astrology is Hiring Part-Time Admin (NYC)
Co–Star is a key for decoding the cosmos. The ever so popular astrology app offers algorithmically-generated horoscopes, customized to your entire chart.
Currently hiring for a part-time administrative job, paying $25/hr. You’ll be expected to be in their Soho office ~1-5pm on weekdays. This is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-rising start-up.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer service: Respond to user inquiries, comments, complaints on email, insta, twitter, itunes, play store.
Make sure all tickets (including on social + app and google play stores) are responded to daily on non-holiday weekdays.
If you go on vacation, coordinate w/ the team to cover for you.
Address complaints + issues via the admin console where possible.
Forward user issues that are not addressable via the admin console to the product team.
Use direct contact with our community to advocate for users within the office.
Evangelize user issues to the team to anticipate and prevent social media complaints.
Tag tickets to understand and communicate trends.
Take stands on priority issues, like recurrent crashes, common bugs, and frequent requests, along with other ideas given what you know about our community.
QA support
Help execute and develop process for quality control of new app features and releases.
