CAA’s Brand Studio is looking for a junior designer with agency or in-house lifestyle branded digital execution, familiarity working with strategic design briefs and well-rounded skill set for creating digital assets in branded applications.

We are seeking an energetic and organized team player to bring a growth mindset to branding projects across digital execution. This person will have the ability to communicate design parameters and working knowledge of strategic brand development, and a passion to see design assignments to their fullest potential while delivering clear and well-produced design assets on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience

  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams and Keynote.

  • Must excel in proficiency of Adobe Suite Programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD).

  • Must possess strong organizational and communication skills, ability attend detail and accuracy.

  • Must have ability to meet daily deadlines and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience creating digital assets, graphics and videos for social media platforms, specifically Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter and Pinterest.

  • Strong social media video editing skills. Create ripomatics and edit sample concepts. Execute animated gifs, titles and in-app treatment for social

  • Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to organize and own workflow and collaborate to maintain best practices throughout the creative development process.
