As the Digital Copywriter responsible for the Fenty Beauty New Development brand, you will be part of the digital copywriting team at Fenty, dedicated to optimizing brand and campaign content to drive the business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for digital copy assets for Fenty Beauty New Development: Website updates, product pages, paid social, paid search, blog posts, SMS, and email. You have a passion for and deep understanding of the beauty industry and bring that expertise through in all of your writing. Your copy is clear and clever with a sense of humor that stays with ‘em. You’re very detail-oriented but can also keep the big picture in mind; and you thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

REQUIREMENTS
College degree: BA or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years’ copywriting experience, digital preferred
Experience implementing learnings from digital metrics (email open rates, conversion, A/B testing, etc.) a plus
Knowledge of SEO and search tools a plus
Creative self-starter; ability to navigate a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ease and polish in presenting in a variety of settings: small/large groups, managers, formal presentations
Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities
Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines
The drive to excel and succeed; self-motivated
Understanding of current beauty trends and techniques
Beauty experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner closely with the Digital Copywriting Lead and Fenty Global Copy Director to optimize brand & campaign copy for digital channels
You will provide all digital copywriting content, including website updates, product pages, email, paid social, blog posts and other SEO-related content
Implement the brand voice seamlessly across all digital channels
Attend project kick-offs, examine various types of project briefs, paying close attention to marketing objectives and copy requests
Execute clean, detail-oriented, on-brief copy
Partner with the design team to ensure copy is correctly flowed into design and find integrated visual/copy solutions
Take ownership of deadlines and follow project schedules and updates
Stay current on beauty industry trends, social trends and competitors
