Glossier’s Creative team is looking for a strategic, aesthetically-inclined and inherently curious Content Strategist to own, develop, and elevate our always-on performance media and organic social presence across key platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) with a focus on video, static and everything in-between. As we continue to build a high-engagement, globally resonant beauty and lifestyle brand, this role will play an integral role in community-led product storytelling and be a key cross functional partner between our Creative, Social, Paid and Performance Marketing teams. We would love to see inspired, blue-sky thinking, as well as comfort taking tried-and-true solutions to the next level. This role will report into our Associate Creative Director.
The estimated annual pay range for this role is $105K - $137K.

REQUIREMENTS
4+ years in social content strategy, content creation, content curation
Content-native, well-versed in on-platform capture and low-lift video editing
Comfort applying data and insights to inform content choices
Competitive knowledge of best-in-class brand social presence across competitive brands
Ability to determine and execute content strategy across relevant social media platforms
Ability to build out holistic concepts that feed into calendared marketing directives, campaign extensions, and ad-hoc content needs
Strong presentation skills; ability to pitch and advocate for said concepts cross-functionally
Strong cross-functional collaborator and manager across both internal and external teams
Experience with editing and presenting tools: Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premier Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator; CapCut, platform native editing tools; Keynote or InDesign
Adaptability in a growing/changing environment, ability to manage up and down
RESPONSIBILITIES
6 Month Expectations
Demonstrate an understanding of the Glossier world, products, and brand vision
Work collaboratively between Art Direction, Performance, CRM and Organic Social teams to create unique platform-appropriate content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
With an eye to Glossier brand strategy, keep abreast of social media and beauty trends
Utilize insights from the Social and Performance teams to help create elevated content that feels cohesive with other marketing channels (CRM, Performance, Social)
Ability to travel for event-specific opportunities (store openings, experiential, etc)
12+ Months Expectations
Lead social-first content creation for all brand campaigns, including behind-the-scenes capture
Demonstrate competitive knowledge of best-in-class brand social presence across competitive brands; evolve and implement findings in the Glossier tone of voice
Successful maintenance, development and expansion of franchises in partnership with the talent teams and social team.
Maintain and manage a network of external content creators to whom the role will seed content briefs and various asks
Become the go-to person for anything content creation related at Glossier
