Currently hiring a Jr Graphic Designer, our ideal candidate is a creative, organized team player with a great attitude and someone who takes pride in creating visual assets that can help push the Jenni Kanye brand forward and delight customers. This role will primarily focus on growing the Jenni Kayne Home and furniture business.
REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of relevant graphic design experience
Experience working with retail or lifestyle brands and an affinity for home design preferred
Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects, or a strong interest in learning motion graphics, a plus
Online portfolio of work demonstrating experience in digital and print design
Strong attention to detail with exceptional typographical skills, sense of layout, color, composition, and/or illustration abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills with experience working as part of a team
Ability to multi-task across various project requests and deadlines while maintaining brand standards
Self-motivated, passionate about branding, and eager to learn and grow in this role
Working knowledge of productivity tools (e.g., Box, Asana, Slack, MS Office, Adobe Suite)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in design and development of digital and print assets for Jenni Kayne channels, including but not limited to: email, social media, paid advertisements, catalog, website, presentation decks, and event collateral
Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to maintain brand standards and execute brand guidelines
Manage design workflow and deadlines within a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Create clean formatted design files that can be shared seamlessly by the entire team
Update and adjust designs based on feedback and edit requests
Work closely within the Brand & Marketing team to create a cohesive and thoughtful brand experience across multiple channels
Participate in team meetings and play an active role in Jenni Kayne's company-wide initiatives and brand goals
Bring new ideas for creative deliverables and formats to the team through the lens of user experience, effective visual design, and innovative problem solving
