REQUIREMENTS
A strong interest in fashion design; relevant coursework or experience is required.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is preferred.
Knowledge of and interest in: fabrics, construction, silhouette, and luxury products.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development of seasonal collections, including research and concept development.
Support the design process by creating technical sketches, mood boards, and fabric swatches.
Support development team with preparing for production.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all samples and prototypes align with brand aesthetics.
Help organize and maintain the design studio, keeping resources and materials readily accessible.
Participate in fittings and provide feedback on fit and construction.
