Currently seeking a Designer to join the Marketing Department’s Creative Services Team. Reporting to the Vice President of Creative Marketing and Advertising Services, the Designer will have the exciting opportunity to develop consumer-facing and business-to-business advertising and promotional assets in collaboration with the title marketing teams.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate should have an excellent working knowledge of asset creation for online advertising and social media. Print proficiency is also required for the creation of physical promotional items as well as in-store signage.
To succeed in this role, a high degree of proficiency in the following programs is required:
Photoshop
InDesign
Illustrator
PowerPoint
Not required but a bonus:
Illustration
Hand lettering
Basic video editing skills (After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro)
Lifestyle photography
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creation of assets for use in online advertising and social media promotion.
Point-of-sale materials may also be created, such as in-store signage and promotional giveaway items.
Designer will interact closely with other members of the Creative Services team and the Knopf Doubleday Marketing team.
The salary for this role is $60,000.
