Madewell seeks a highly motivated Digital Designer to work on all aspects of madewell.com. The Digital Designer will be involved in the research and design for emails, monthly site creative, promotional assets, digital marketing campaigns, and UX-led projects. The position is 100% remote with the option of coming into the office on occasion.
(Reports to VP – Digital Creative) Salary Range: $64,200.00 - $77,000.00

BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform essential functions of the job.
3-4 years of design experience
Understanding of the brand, refined taste level
Strong formal design and typography skills
Knowledge of digital technology and its opportunities and restrictions
Understanding of Information Architecture
Ability to prioritize and follow through
Ability to intuit global design trends
Meet creative review and production deadlines
Detail oriented and highly organized
Proactive, excellent communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the guidance of the Digital Creative VP, ensure consistent, clear communication of the Madewell brand in our digital touchpoints.
Help develop and execute product and marketing focused concepts in partnership with Madewell brand creative and marketing teams.
Partner with copy to create product stories and mini sites.
Explore and present new design ideas to Madewell brand creative team.
Propose new technology uses, interfaces and functionalities.
Partner with the production team to develop and quality control site overhauls on madewell.com.
Collaborate with the UX team to ensure projects come to life.
