Moscot is Hiring Freelance Graphic Designer - Temp (NYC)

Currently looking for someone who is creative to join our MOSCOT family on the graphic design team. This position requires the ability to multitask and work on different projects simultaneously. Ideal candidates will be able to push creative boundaries yet also understand the overall brand aesthetic as well as current email and social trends. Time allocation and communication skills are key as this role requires collaboration not only within the creative team but also with email marketing manager as well as the marketing and ecommerce teams.
REQUIREMENTS
Well versed in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with EMS and building out emails within an email platform
AfterEffects and Animation experience desired and helpful for creating engaging content
Creative energy and enjoys making things and being hands on
Familiarity with all up to date social media platforms and other relevant marketing tools
Knowledge of all Microsoft programs and ability to update work status on collaborative excel files
Ability to photograph and retouch product or lifestyle photography
Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up skills and remain timely on projects
Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
Ability to learn other software programs and desire
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and create clear, on-brand, engaging visual communications for both print and digital applications for a global brand. This includes but is not limited to: e-mails, branded promotional items, website graphics, social media, posters, flyers, in-store/window displays, custom window graphics, catalogues, brochures, trade show/large format graphics frequently as needed.
Work closely with the Marketing team and Creative Manager to translate out messaging concepts into digital marketing materials.
Execute marketing briefs for digital assets for bi-weekly campaigns.
Optimize & update website assets as requested
Organize and retouch final content for social media
Remain up-to-date with technologies, software, email layouts and engaging social media content
