REQUIREMENTS

Previous styling experience, preferably for an online fashion retailer
Fashion and designer literate, with a thorough understanding of all designers, brands and seasonal trends
Strong fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new fashion trends
Able to work well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Proven ability to work within tight deadlines
Exceptional eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic, pro-active and able to show initiative

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely and report to the Creative + Brand Manager, to ensure all products are styled to best reflect the OAK+FORT aesthetic;
Meet all photo shoot targets and minimize any re-shoots;
Assist with photo shoots and work closely with models to capture and deliver on-brand imagery to accurately depict clothing and branding;
Ensure photo shoot targets are fulfilled;
Ensure all photo shoot and styling preparation are of highest standard;
Ensure hair and makeup is correct for branding and imagery;
Coordinate and assist the upload of images to e-commerce and various social media platforms;
Conduct trend research for styling;
Identify and recommend areas of improvement to ensure all stylings encompass the latest trends;
Identify model requirements and actively recruit models to ensure a talent pipeline for various photo shoots;
Perform other projects as assigned.
