Polaroid is Hiring a Digital Designer (Amsterdam, NL)

We’re looking for a passionate and talented designer with digital design experience to join the team as we embark on our next phase, introducing even more design that shows the world what makes instant photography so special, and meaningful. You’ll join a dynamic creative team and work directly with the Art Director, Copywriter and Senior Designer to execute creative tasks, campaigns, and brand identity work.

A strong understanding of user flows, typography and layout is essential, particularly as applied to digital assets across multiple screens and email platforms, and a passion for design will be needed to produce the best work possible.

This is a full-time 1 year rolling fixed-term contract role with the ability to extend based in our Amsterdam HQ. You will be reporting directly to the Creative Director and working closely across all marketing and product teams.

About the company

Polaroid was founded in 1937 by one of the most seminal innovators of the 20th century, Edwin Land. His motto was, “don't undertake a project unless it is manifestly important and nearly impossible.” In 2008, Polaroid shuttered its last factory, but a group of diehard fans came together as The Impossible Project to save instant film. Over 10 years later that start-up acquired what was left of Polaroid and today we’re again a small group of people passionate about empowering creators to change the world in the name of Polaroid.
