Pressed Juicery is hiring a Graphic Designer — and this is your chance to design for one of the most influential brands in wellness. This role requires expertise in elevated graphic design, with a strong understanding of how to create compelling, on-brand materials that stand out in competitive retail environments. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a keen eye for design, experience working with major retailers, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within the CPG beauty or wellness industry.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of elevated graphic design assets including CPG packaging, in-store displays, and retail marketing collateral.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and knowledge of print production processes.

  • Strong conceptual skills and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling design solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Passion for health, wellness, and food & beverage branding is a plus!

  • On-site presence required at our Culver City HQ (minimum 2 days/week).

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Graphic Designer plays an important role in shaping the visual identity of Pressed Juicery across all channels of business, including our retail stores and wholesale partnerships. They are responsible for handling a variety of custom print/digital design projects and developing branded collateral that drives engagement, educates consumers, and enhances the in-store and digital shopping experiences.

Essential Functions

  • Brand Strategy & Development: implement design strategies to enhance Pressed Juicery’s brand identity and overall brand image.

  • Creative Direction & Design Execution: design branded graphics for digital and print materials, including social media, email, website content, flyers, brochures, signage, posters, direct marketing materials, packaging, in-store displays, and promotional materials to support all marketing channels.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop creative assets that support business goals.

  • Retailer Specific Customization: design and adapt materials for retailer-specific customization, working with partners like Target, Costco, Sprouts, and Whole Foods, ensuring brand consistency while adhering to retailer-specific or wholesale partnership guidelines.

  • Marketing & Sales Support: develop sell sheets, trade decks, and merchandising materials to support Pressed Juicery’s retail partnerships.

  • Asset Management & Production: contribute to the creation, organization, and storage of digital assets, including a stock photo library for team use. Ensure all design materials are production-ready, optimized for both print and digital use.

  • Trend & Competitive Analysis: stay ahead of design, packaging, and branding trends within the health & wellness space to keep Pressed Juicery competitive and innovative.

  • Internal & Executive Materials: design presentation materials to support training sessions, management meetings, and executive presentations, ensuring they are visually engaging and aligned with company objectives.
