Supergoop! is seeking a creative and innovative thinker, with proven skills in bringing the brand's vision to life, driving engagement and delivering impactful experiences across all channels. As a Designer of Brand Marketing you will be designing and creating attractive visual assets for in-person activations, PR collateral, product education materials, large-scale branded retailer events, digital placements such as social, email, and paid media, and so much more! As part of our team, you would work on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and help us change the way the world thinks about sunscreen.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000/year

REQUIREMENTS
3–6 years of design work experience
Relevant design experience in beauty, fashion, or retail preferred
Understanding of both digital and creative landscape
Strong understanding of typography and graphic design principles
Must have strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma (any 3D rendering experience is a plus, but not necessary!)
Ability to understand brand guidelines and apply to a various range of projects
Strong organization and communication skills with a high attention to detail
Comfortable taking direction, pivoting quickly, and balancing multiple projects simultaneously
A self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively, and is eager to take on new challenges
RESPONSIBILITIES
Concept and execute impactful in-person brand and retail activations (including but not limited to facade/storefront/space design, gratis collateral, props, signage, Supergoop! branded merch, social promotion, and more)
Design all selling and educational materials for the brand, including product sell sheets, PR collateral, etc.
Create compelling digital and physical designs to support co-branded and influencer partnerships (including mailer boxes, mailer cards)
Prepare, package, and spec files with correct dimensions, dyelines, and resolution
Aid in supporting design for digital placements such as email, paid social, and digital banners
Create a cohesive brand experience for the consumer between online and offline spaces
Ideate and execute brand assets collaboratively with the rest of the Design team to create a 360 experience for seasonal and evergreen campaigns
