We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to support comprehensive and timely social rollouts, especially around special projects such as Runway and the Met Gala.
Salary Range is $65,000 - $80,000 + target bonus. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience

REQUIREMENTS
4-5 years' experience developing global social strategy across all key platforms and execution of campaign management
Experience in a fashion retail brand, relevant editorial platform or consulting agency; omni-channel experience is ideal
Proactive, results-oriented, strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture, develop new ideas and think through creative solutions
Knowledge of publishing processes for platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, with a general understanding of regional platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, RedBook, and Line
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate across multiple business segments
Engaged, positive; comfortable with a fast-paced schedule in collaboration with a passionate in-house team
RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning
Collaborate with the social media team to organize social media content
Ensure timely delivery and posting of content across platforms, adhering to the content calendar.
Gather usernames and product tags (when applicable)
Create UTM links (when applicable) to track the metrics and performance of a specific digital marketing campaign
Follow directives from Social Media team to ideate new posts (i.e., archival content)
Scheduling and Posting
Plan and schedule posts in advance, taking into consideration peak engagement times and relevant events
Schedule content go-live timings via Dash Hudson for Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook posts
Post in-app for TikTok, LinkedIn and Instagram Stories
Follow directives from Social Media team to promote/boost existing posts in app; suggest audience targets
Content Creation Support
Create supplementary social content (such as iPhone capture) for special projects and events
Source pre-cleared, trending sounds for video posts
Knowledge of creative editing platforms like Photoshop and Premiere is plus
Community Engagement
Act as a liaison between the community and the brand, monitor activity on social media channels to promptly respond to comments, mentions, and messages
Copywriting
Craft concise copy for captions that reflects the brand's voice, taking into consideration character limits and audience preferences
