Bloom Nutrition is Hiring a Graphic Designer (Los Angeles)
We are seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our in-office Venice based team. You will be responsible for creating engaging and “thumb-stopping” assets across Bloom's paid ads, social media channels, content, emails, and e-commerce. Reporting to our Senior Graphic Designer, this role is crucial part of our digital presence. The ideal candidate is conceptual, strategic, detail-oriented, and excited to make an impact at Bloom!

REQUIREMENTS
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Blender a plus

Minimum 3 years of experience.
Social native who stays ahead of social media trends.
Ability to manage multiple tasks that vary in complexity and urgency.
Highly organized, task-oriented, and a team player.
Self-starter willing to work on team-based and independent projects.
Must be able to commute to the Venice office 4 times a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create “thumb-stopping” ads for Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Google Ads, & Youtube
Design graphics and edit/animate video content for social channels (Instagram & TikTok)
Design emails and update email flows
Update website with new hero banners, landing pages, and campaigns
Monitor trends in social media, lifestyle, and pop culture, and appropriately apply that knowledge to create engaging content.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Social and Creative teams.
Assist in the development of new ideas and campaigns
Collaborate with team to concept and design new ads, resize as needed
Design digital sales assets, including sales decks, pitch decks, presentations
Image retouching
Update product listings for all selling platforms
