Kim Shui knows who she is designing for and that is the TikTok darlings. Add on a few A-list names such as Dua Lipa, Sza, Saweetie (who sat front row at the show) and Blackpink who have all worn the brand, it’s no wonder that Kim Shui is leading the style game amongst the Gen Z fans.
The Chinese-American designer paid tribute to her Italian upbringing having been born and raised in Italy. Mixing her signature flirtatious silhouettes with a theme of cultural femininity and individuality using vivid, vibrant colors, lace and Chinese textiles.
Also inspired by artists Hannah Lim and Faye Wei Wei, Shui creatively portrayed the unique facets of her own self-identity through the Spring 2024 collection.
