Celebrity Skin: The Lancer Method
There's one thing that Beyonce, Kim Kardashian and Victoria Beckham all have in common - - - The Lancer Method. A three-step regimen by Beverly Hills "dermatologist to the stars" Dr. Harold Lancer, he has perfected and simplified an everyday skincare routine. The quick and easy steps only requires 3 products in the order that Dr. Lancer recommends, which I admit is a game changer for me. The first step is to exfoliate, in the past I have always saved as the 2nd or 3rd step, but The Polish is a gentle exfoliator and now it completely makes sense to wash with it first.
POLISH
This is by far the most gentle and thorough exfoliator I have ever used (I've been a faithful St. Ives Apricot Face Scrub user for years). Pumpkin and pomegranate extracts break down the debris off the skin's surface. What's great about the Polish is that it doesn't feel rough, in fact when you rub it on every so slightly in a circular motion, can feel a warm heat between your fingers and face. It makes for a great first step, my skin feels smooth and very cleansed.
CLEANSE
The Cleanse is a cream-like gel with amino acids that boosts skin hydration. It almost feels like you're moisturizing and cleansing at the same time. I like that it smoothens the skin in preparation for the last part of the method.
NOURISH
My favorite part of the Method is step 3, Nourish, a luxurious feeling moisturizer with Hexapeptide-48 that boosts the skin's moisture and reduces fine lines and wrinkles. I wear Nourish for day and night and my skin feels soft, smooth and very moisturized throughout the day up until night. It's now on my top 3 list.
After religiously using the Lancer Method for 3 weeks, am now a believer along with my celebrity babes, Beyonce, Kim K and Victoria Beckham. My skin feels more light, as if it's rid of external toxins, and I'm noticing less wrinkles and stress lines. I get it, totally 100% get the obsession.
