The truth is, nobody wears a fleece jacket like an Asian grandma (ask anyone with an Asian grandma), because it is warmth, style and function rolled into one clothing. It only makes sense that New York designer, native New Yorker Sandy Liang who’s constantly inspired by her own Chinese grandmother’s style, to be the reason that she pays homage to her in most of the collections. Specifically, her fleece jackets have been the downtown staple the last few seasons and it remains that Liang has found her signature piece, her fleeces are not like the others.
