Petra Collins On Georgia O'Keeffe 🌺

“They could tell you how they painted their landscape, but they couldn’t tell me to paint mine.”

Photographer/filmmaker Petra Collins directs a short film on her personal interpretation of Georgia O'Keeffe's works. Hypnotic and whimsical, Collins drew inspiration from O'Keeffe's well-known floral motifs and New Mexico desert landscapes. You'll see a few familiar Instagram faces such as Barbie Ferreira, Maia Ruth Lee and Seashell Coker. The video was commissioned by the Tate Modern in part of the Georgia O'Keeffe exhibit now showing through October 30th, 2016. More info here.
