Bringing on Raf Simons as co-creative director guarantees a freshness and a new voice in the room. Simons in his own words explained that the spring-summer 2021 collection was an easy one, mainly in due to the design partnership.

The spring-summer 2021 marks Raf Simons debut and it did not disappoint. What is actually very familiar, is still brand new, Prada after all is the reigning queen of fashion logos.

Following the digital show was an intimate conversation with Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons who set the record straight on exactly how the partnership was formed. She explained that the idea to work together was completely spontaneous. Miuccia also stated her thoughts on sustainability and inclusivity becoming important values that Prada will focus on as well as stressing how other companies will need to embrace the same initiatives.
