Working Hours*: Monday through Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM
Schedule*: Onsite, 4 days in office, 1 day remote

REQUIREMENTS
7-8 years of experience in apparel technical design.
Excellent organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented; highly detail oriented.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Extremely honest and trustworthy with highest integrity.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, balance creativity with technical capability, and interpret design sketches for tech packs.
Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, silhouettes, color ways, sewing techniques, fabrication, and trims.
Familiarity with print design and manufacturing.
Experience working with overseas factories.
Skilled with working with full package.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare all samples for fittings from Development through Production and be able to lead fittings with cross functional partners, to meet brand fit standards and meet critical calendar dates
Accurately track fit notes from each fit session and be able to speak to changes during live fittings in front of large groups of people
Problem solve and offer suggestions on ways to improve or correct fit issues to accurately execute design intent without compromising fit functionality
Translate fit comments to vendors daily and hold vendors accountable to timely turnaround of next fit sample (chasing next fit of sample as needed)
Call out fit issues related to pattern issues and/or poor workmanship execution
Create all proto tech packs and construction pages, updating them as the fit process progresses
Support or lead fit sessions with cross functional partners effectively, from development through production stages
Timely and accurately communicate with all vendors to release/approve all fit comments and resolve any fit issues
Proactively review samples, understand fit history, and gather all necessary samples in preparation for fittings
Review and correct patterns, as needed
Consistently and accurately update all dept. and cross function reports (including wip reports)
Produce, review/release and correct graded specs, while maintaining brand standard grading rules
Execute technical designs within all product categories, including but not limited wovens, sweaters, knits, and some accessories
