Glossier is Hiring Community Associate (NYC)
Glossier is a beauty company that lives in NYC, is sold on the internet, and promotes a skincare first philosophy that celebrates beauty in real life.
The Glossier community is at the heart of how we think, grow, and create as a company. The Community team defines and drives how Glossier builds with and for its customers, followers, and community partners. The Community Associate will help bring to life new community engagement opportunities, processes, and programs to evolve and scale the Glossier experience.

3+ years of relevant experience (Community Management, Brand Management, Influencer Management, etc.)

Strong cross functional collaborator who can work with partners across many different teams (Brand, Content, Legal, Creative)
RESPONSIBILITIES
6 Month Accomplishments:
Build and execute strategy for community engagement in marketing initiatives (e.g. regional pop up launches, product launches, etc.)
Work closely with Community Manager to create and execute regular community programming (e.g. community involvement in product development, community events, social content engagement, etc.)
Oversee cross-functional community relationship management process + experience on Relationship Management platform
Build and oversee process for community social tracking
Oversee process for community product seeding
Oversee community success tracking across initiatives and key programs/segments
Manage 1:1 and 1:many relationships with key community members across programs
12+ Month Accomplishments:
Work with Community Manager and cross-functional partners to roll out digital community experiences on glossier.com (e.g. community content + public profiles)
Lead strategy and execution for large-scale community programs (including community involvement in product development, community-hosted in person events, etc.)
