This on-the-ball and enthusiastic individual will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategic social content, keepingin line with the brand's overall marketing strategies and goals. Research into unique activations designed to engage and empower our digital and in-person community will be a key remitof this role.This person will be responsible for personally creating content (dailyphotos of the LDJ product,founder, and team) aswell as developing and implementing socialmedia ideas in-linewith the overallmarketing strategies and goals of the brand.

REQUIREMENTS
Hard Skills
Degree in Visual Creative Arts (Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Content creation, Creative marketing) Including an Eye-catching portfolio with a clear track record of top-calibre delivery in all work projects: A strong eye for composition, graphic details, and street style are a must.
Creative with the ability to be analytical: basic understanding of analytics and key performance indicators, familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms, and ability to analyse performance to report on successes and areas for improvement.
Professional first hand content creation experience at dynamic brands, agencies, and studios with a high standard of excellence, with at least the last 5 years concentrating on the digital-first thinking.
Experience managing social media for fashion/luxury brands at a brand, agency, or relevant companyin the fashion/luxury industry (minimum2 years’ experience desired)
Experience strategising, implementing, and managing successful social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of key social mediachannels, best practices and trends for each channel within the fashion and luxury market.
Awareness of current visual trends in designand fashion are the basisof your work.Strong knowledge of the fashion industry is a must; knowledge of the wellness industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge and use of Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect), Capture One, Figma, Premiere, Da Vinci, … and online editing softwares eg.
Strong editing skills. You know how to identify a strong image, crop it to its best potential, colour correct and create carrousels that a visually appealing.
Soft Skills
Strong brand ambassador with the capacity to stay composed (and even thrive) under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, concise, direct, energetic, and responsive. Language skills in both English and Italian are a plus.
Must possess a proactive, problem-solving mindset to facilitate a cross-functional team environment, always thinking one step ahead, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across time zones.
Ability to juggle multipletasks at once.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, with solid organisational and time- managementskills

RESPONSIBILITIES
Right brain: Social Media Coordinator
Manage the entire process of all social content creation moments, campaign shootings, community events, spiritual activations, fashion presentations from capturing to editing to publishing assets.
Schedule, and coordinate daily social media postsand stories across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.).
Manage social community communication, ensuring timely responses to relevant comments and direct messages, frequently sharing relevant UGC content.
Develop and implement innovative, results-driven growth strategies across all social media channels in order to engage, grow, and convert followers.
Create, define, execute, and own the social media content calendar in line with business goals, working with merch, paid social and art direction teams to make sure it is integrated across marketing, editorial, and cross-channel promotions.
Use social analytics tool to monitorbased metrics relativeto set objectives and KPIs and deliver reports on social growth and engagement.
Left brain: Content Creator
As the brains behind our social media campaigns, your phone/camera is like an extension of yourself - the goal is to be in constant motion capturing imagery for the LDJ social platforms, shooting “behind the scenes” with the founder/creative director wherever possible.
Work in lock-step with our fabulousin-house photographer & videographer.
Define specific social content needs with the Art Director, Executive Editor and Paid Social Media Manager in advance of all brand shooting concepts to confirm feasibility and alignment and to develop compelling and meaningful content in accordance with our brands’ identities, guidelines, and values
Program and produce your own on-the-fly social content shoots when previously un- scheduled product pushes arise. Proactively participate in location scouting, props sourcing, behind the scenes, etc on campaigns and photoshoots.
Brief the Digital Designer when specific graphic content is needed. Make sure all contents are delivered in time.
Language is important for us. Work closely with Executive Editor on Copy & Voice.
