Maison Kitsune is Hiring an Intern for Assistant Graphic Designer (Paris, FR)

Created in 2002 by Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, the independent fashion house Maison Kitsuné draw its inspiration from the cultural and aesthetic connections between Paris and Tokyo, through a wardrobe that brings together sharp tailoring, distinct streetwear influences, playfulness, and wearable, comfort-focused designs.

Over the last twenty years, with its eccentric multi-disciplinary approach, the Paris-based brand has consistently grown and increased its international influence, throughout its network of 40 retail stores globally, including Paris, New York City, Tokyo, Seoul, Beijing, and Los Angeles. The collection is also available online via the brand’s e-commerce site, in addition to more than 400 points of sale worldwide.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Student in Fashion/Textile/Graphic Design

  • Control of Photoshop and Illustrator (INDISPENSABLE)

  • Product, textile and graphic design awareness

  • Fluent in english

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist graphic designers in their daily work (trims, prints, graphics)

  • Iconographic & colours researchs

  • Animation of colouring proposals for graphics

  • Simulation of product design proposal

  • Editing and modification of existing graphics

  • Printing graphics for placement

  • Layout of industrial launch files

  • Assist graphic designers with industrial launch correction comments

  • Monitoring and updating of tools (boards, colour range, overviews…)
