Maison Miru is Hiring a Jr Graphic Designer (NYC/Hybrid)

Maison Miru is fast paced and busy – and a place to learn by doing. We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to help create social ads and drive revenue growth.  You'll be empowered to develop advertisements that move the needle, integrate best-in-class social selling techniques with our brand identity and drive customers to Maison Miru’s owned media channels.

Given all the appropriate assets you’ll own the creative creation of all of our ads working with our internal teammates and external partners to drive incrementality, review performance and adjust social selling strategies. Bonus points if you can help ideate, write creative and proactively identify creative needs.

The day to day for this job can vary, so this is a great role for someone who likes to learn and grow. You’ll help us look for ways to iterate and continuously improve our marketing efforts – and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your ideas and make them a reality.  

Compensation Range - $70,000 - $85,000

Maison Miru, a young and growing independent jewelry studio, is looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer to help grow Maison Miru’s brand across both online and offline channels. REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a DTC environment

  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva and Illustrator

  • Bonus points for video editing software (Adobe Premiere and CapCut)

  • UX/UI experience a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong understanding of layouts, concept design, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design aspects

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A portfolio that demonstrates design ability across commercial social, email and eComm channels

  • Seamlessly bring the brand to life through graphics while focusing on saleability and product placement

  • Translate campaigns ideas into captivating graphics for product launches, promotional periods, and evergreen campaigns

  • Implement designs to support our dynamic marketing calendar, social media presence, packaging and website imagery

  • Organize graphics by campaign and maintain a detailed system of record

  • Support the website and operations team in any images needed

  • Maintain regular communication and strategize with internal and external stakeholders

  • Act as the internal expert for social ads design, staying on top of social ad trends

  • Basic knowledge and skill set of video editing
