MIRROR is the world’s first nearly invisible home gym featuring live and on-demand fitness classes in a variety of workout genres, and 1:1 personal training. We’ve created a new category of in-home fitness with cutting-edge hardware, responsive software, and best-in-class content that transforms any room into a complete home gym. For the first time, the essential components of a great studio workout--variety, personalization, and community--are brought to the most convenient place: the home.

In 2020, MIRROR joined the lululemon family. Shoppers can now experience MIRROR in 200 stores and counting across North America. Operating as an independent entity while having the resources of a public, global company behind us, we’ll continue to grow rapidly with amazing workout content and in-home fitness innovation.

MIRROR’s Creative Director will oversee the look and feel of our brand across all major channels. By leading a small but mighty team and growing it over time, they will drive the strategic roadmap that elevates MIRROR from being a top at-home fitness brand to one that’s fresh, modern, differentiated while staying fitness-oriented.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You are an insatiably curious and wonderfully creative champion for brand, social, and copy.

  • You have a point of view on creative strategy and you advocate for it.

  • Aside from driving the direction of the brand, you’ve built and managed high-performing teams that have owned the look and feel of that brand across all channels.

  • Not only have you been the leader of Creative, you’ve also built partnerships with performance marketing teams to quantify the impact of your strategies.

  • You have a visual design background.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, mentor, and grow brand, social, and copy teams

  • Partner with other senior Marketing leaders and lululemon’s marketing to drive long-term brand strategies

  • Strategy and iterate on MIRRORs brand look and feel across all channels
