Alma is Hiring Creative Project Manager (Remote)

Currently looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our growing in-house creative team. As the first Creative Project Manager at Alma, you’ll be responsible for keeping all creative projects on track, organized, and moving smoothly from project kick off to asset delivery.
Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, the Creative Project Manager will also be comfortable serving as a partner and collaborator to forecast campaigns, supervise timelines, schedule meetings, and identify and help fill creative resourcing needs. The ideal candidate is well organized, good at taking initiative, and excited about the prospect of creating and implementing processes that make work better for the team. You’re familiar with the creative environment and feel comfortable building on and shaping creative ideas to bring them to life. You love problem solving and collaboration and will have the skill to both make the right decisions and communicate them convincingly.
REQUIREMENTS
You have 3+ years of working experience (in-house or agency) as a creative project manager or creative producer
You have experience building processes from scratch and optimizing existing processes
You are an excellent communicator across multiple departments and seniority levels
You are comfortable crafting clarity out of ambiguity in a high growth environment
You are organized, with acute attention to detail
You have a strong ability to problem-solve through project challenges
You have strong leadership skills: empathetic, flexible, resilient, assertive
You have experience managing budgets and delivering on initiatives
You have experience with partner, freelancer, and agency management
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
You are passionate about Alma's mission and the future of mental health care
You have experience in Project Management tools such as Asana, WorkFront, JIRA, or similar platforms
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and shepherd creative projects throughout all stages: brainstorm/pitch, budgeting, scoping, execution, launch, retrospective
Partner with the Director of Brand Marketing to build timelines and processes to support the creative team and ensure delivery of assets across campaigns and initiatives
Coach for the creative team: crafting and organizing the workflow from briefs, how deadlines are set up, helping identify the right resources, and following up with other departments
Identifying potential project risks and developing contingency plans
Help with resourcing and managing agency, freelance, vendors, and external creative teams and partners
Craft relevant documentation: proposals, review scopes of work, budgets, etc
Build processes that support the cross-functional work of the creative team
Manage Asana: traffic initiatives from start to finish while keeping abreast of upcoming milestones
