As a Social Media Content Creator, you are responsible for creating inspiring content for NA-KD's social media channels to increase brand awareness and grow their audience. This involves engaging with NA-KD's target audience by producing fashion-related content reflecting site campaigns and upcoming trends. As a representative of NA-KD, the Content Creator expresses the brand's values and voice from a fashion perspective and collaborates with the Social Media team to develop original ideas and expand growth across all social platforms. The role requires working independently to produce high-quality work while being part of a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate for this job should have a strong ability to create engaging social media content and possess extensive knowledge of e-commerce, digital design, and various digital media channels, such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
The candidate should be able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and have the ability to think creatively and conceptualize campaigns with limited guidance. They should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills.
Video editing skills are a must, with a focus on creating trendy TikTok or reel-style video content. The candidate should also have a good understanding of online editorial and social media best practices, including optimizing content for engagement and making data-driven decisions. A passion for content creation and the fashion industry is highly desirable.
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years experience in related fields for a fashion brand, e-comm startup, or ad agency.
Previous experience working in content creation or marketing preferred.
Degree in Design, Digital Design, Fine Art, Art Direction, Visual Communication, or Marketing preferred.
Proficient in both written and oral English
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce, digital design, and digital media channels (primarily Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest).
Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized with strong problem-solving skills.
Video editing skills - ability and passion to produce trendy TikTok/reel video content.
Understanding of online editorial and social media best practices, including optimizing content for engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Social Media Creative Lead to support brand storytelling and plan social media channel growth.
Achieve aggressive social KPIs through innovative and creative concepts.
Contribute to the ideation of new creative campaigns with Copywriters, Art Directors, Key Account Managers, and other stakeholders.
Develop, manage, execute, and analyze campaigns, including product launches, category pushes, collaborations, and marketing campaigns.
Create and report on campaign performance.
Participate in content trips and campaigns, and work closely with photographers, videographers, and designers to create original content.
Manage assets and format content for all social channels.
Stay up to date on social media trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights.
Manage social media content calendars and monitor all channels, with a focus on TikTok and Pinterest.
Be hands-on with all social channels, including posting and engaging with the community.
