(This position is Part-Time – 16 hours)
We are looking for a bright and driven Copywriter to join our growing Marketing team. The role will be part-time initially with the potential to grow alongside the business. Our copywriter will be responsible for delivering the RIXO tone of voice across multiple touch points including (but not limited to) product descriptions, marketing activity, site messaging and in store. We are a lean and focussed team so the ideal candidate will be pro-active and able to prioritise their own workload across a broad range of outputs to ensure our messaging is always up-to-date, on brand and in line with the best possible customer experience. It is essential that the successful candidate is passionate about RIXO and what the brand stands for and is able to consistently deliver copy that reflects this.
REQUIREMENTS
2 years copywriting experience in a fashion retail environment
Previous experience using Google Ads and Search Console to gain SEO insight is beneficial
A basic understanding of SEO best practice
RESPONSIBILITIES
Become the product expert, working closely with the buying team to write on-brand, informative product descriptions in line with SEO best practice
Responsible for homepage copy - ensuring SEO and customer journey are considered at all touch points
Update and maintain copy across the site including brand, legal and informational pages
Working closely with our customer care team to leverage customer feedback and improve the user experience
Write compelling copy across all digital channels (Including email, paid social, search)
Responsible for fit and size guide communications across the site
Work closely with the E-Comm and Marketing team to prepare copy for tests across digital channels and the site to support the conversion roadmap
Provide all store copy including print, promotional activity and window displays
Execution of all internal comms and support the development of Linkedin via bi-weekly posts
Utilise Google Search Console to ensure copy reflects SEO best practice
Ensure tone of voice aligns with the RIXO brand guidelines across all outputs
