Ruggable is Hiring a Production Artist / Design Coordinator (Los Angeles)

Ruggable is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Production Artist / Design Coordinator to join our Textile Design Team. This role needs an efficient and highly organized individual who is excellent at time management and passionate about technical accuracy. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Adobe Photoshop, have strong project management skills, and be excited about supporting a collaborative and highly motivated team. 

$66,560 - $70,000 per year base salary

An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role

Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan

REQUIREMENTS

  • Photoshop technical skills, including but not limited to: expertise in image processing automation and file management

  • Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and attention to detail, resulting in technically accurate project completion and effective sample management

  • A desire to see your team succeed and be a key contributor to that success through teamwork, problem-solving, and determination

  • Strong communication skills and sense of professionalism with the ability to use discretion and be self-reflective

  • The ability to multitask, self-manage projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met

Preferred:

  • Experience in a project management role

  • Knowledgeable about digital printing

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce technically accurate Production Files for print, working closely with the Design team to resolve errors you may encounter

  • Coordinate Licensor submissions and the printing and distribution of samples to our plants 

  • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; assist with team projects 

  • Work with a talented team of designers and creative leaders, and support on Textile Design projects as needed

  • Make cohesive and clean files and share them according to specifications

  • Use your strong communication skills to listen, ask relevant questions, and take action effectively
