TikTok is Hiring Art Director (Los Angeles)
TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Its mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.
Currently looking for an experienced and talented Art Director to join the User Growth team. Working closely with a diverse team of copywriters, editors, marketing managers, product managers and data scientists, you will help the team evolve their approach for digital media advertising within the United States. This is a full-time position.
REQUIREMENTS
Highly detailed, organized self-starter with 5+ years as a conceptual art director at a Creative Agency or Entertainment Company
Deep experience in video production- knowledge of every stage of the production cycle
Work with creative lead to take projects from conception to execution
Experience creating and refining integrated marketing campaigns across a number of social channels
A keen ability to manage multiple projects at once, organizing and setting priorities amongst projects
Work closely with editors for creative and stylistic development
Strong design background with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the Creative Lead to create and refine advertising campaigns across platforms.
Assists in developing the look and feel of paid video advertisements.
You will collaborate with your strategic and studio partners
You will work with your production partners to ensure all your projects stay on time and hit important milestones
Keeps a keen eye on styling and wardrobe for shoots
You will actively participate and bring passion to collaborative work sessions cross functionally across teams
