Currently looking for a Creative Director to creatively and strategically bring marketing initiatives and goals to life. This person can lead a creative team to execute clear vision and knows how to drive creativity with constraints.
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years experience in creative
3+ years experience managing the entire creative ecosystem, including design, copy, photography, and production
Agency experience is a plus
Portfolio of brand campaigns inclusive of e-commerce, stores, email, social, and paid advertising
Experience with an apparel, DTC, retail or lifestyle brand is a plus
Strong digital experience necessary
Digital design background and proficient in the Adobe Suite
Deep understanding of customer motivations and how to inspire brand communities
Highly imaginative, excited to bring a constant flow of new creative ideas to OV
Strong presentation skills
Project management system experience a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct brainstorms that drive strategic creative solutions for marketing needs
Direct the look, feel, and messaging for multi-channel marketing campaigns that motivate customer behavior
Leverage an omni channel creative approach (brand media, conversion ads, social, content,
email, events, mail, etc) to creatively tell one narrative across multiple environments
Day-to-day management of the creative team, creative operations, creative and asset calendar, and department budget
Provide constructive feedback on WIP that elevates the team’s thinking and creative skills
Connect product aesthetic and style details to the overall creative identity of the brand
Deliver concepts that meet strategic business objectives and deliver against the KPIs defined in campaign and product briefs
Create content that embodies the OV brand, provides value to our community and aligns with business goals
Collaborate cross functionally as a brand steward, consistently coaching the broader team on use of brand identity and brand voice
Develop a strategy for capturing content that maximizes efficiency and organization across all content-generating functions (Doer Program, OVU, OV Events, etc)
Grow and maintain a network of freelance and creative production resources
