Vince is Hiring a Jr. Graphic Designer (L.A. / Hybrid)
Vince is seeking a versatile Junior Graphic Designer to join the creative team. Reporting into the Graphic Design Manager, this role works cross functionally to support the production of the digital and printed collateral projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, early in their design career and has an eye for elevated brand visuals.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For
Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related experience/field
1+ years of graphic design experience in professional design setting
Portfolio showcasing skills in design, typography, and layout
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Asana
Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus but not required
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in face-pace environment while maintaining high quality deliverables
Take and receive constructive feedback with excellent organizational and communication skills
Adaptable to meet and support ever changing business needs
Knowledge and understanding of the Vince brand
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain Vince visual identity by ensuring all projects and designs align with brand guidelines.
Support in asset production including (but not limited to) email campaigns, SMS, social media, paid media, in-store print collateral and other marketing needs.
Ensure all digital and print files are optimized for intended use and meet all necessary technical requirements.
Organize and prep files to optimize workflow and production. Collaborate and support marketing and digital experience teams as needed.
