Vivienne Westwood is Hiring a Digital Artworker Intern (London - Wandsworth)

Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Digital Artworker Intern to join our team based in Battersea. This position is offered on a full time basis for 3 months, at £13.15 per hour Starting in January 2025.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Artworker Intern to join one of the most iconic English Fashion Brands.

The successful candidate will support the Digital Marketing Department, across various tasks including supporting the retail, press and content creation teams. This is a great opportunity for a junior graphic designer to gain more experience within the luxury goods sector. Developing graphic design work with a primary focus on adapting existing designs for Vivienne Westwood’s global audience and partners. The artworker must be able to work quickly and fluidly through all phases of the of design and artworking process: from research, to concept, to design, to print/publish.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a high level of experience with Adobe CC - Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator Premier Pro and After effects

  • Must have strong knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Experience with CMS systems and uploading content, ideally Salesforce

  • Must have experience of image and video retouching

  • Previous experience working within a luxury fashion brand is preferred

  • Experience with Email Marketing software is beneficial

  • A good understanding of UX and UI principles – Knowledge of Figma beneficial

  • Additional consideration given to candidates with experience in: motion design, Animation

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compose and create content to use on digital channels. Adapting and localising print and digital graphics assets (static and motion)

  • Conceptualising visuals based on requirements and briefs

  • Maintaining brand guidelines updated across all channels

  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications

  • Retouching of images and video editing. You can work with a wide range of media and use different graphic design software

  • Handling other ad-hoc duties within the Digital Marketing team

  • Collaborating with and helping the creative team to track concepts and artwork from inception to final approval

  • Conducting thorough quality checks on all artwork to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications
