4 Things to Keep You in Check 🙏🏽
by Zara Khan
Some days it is so hard to get out of bed and try to have a productive day. Post-winter feels like a setback, but it doesn’t have to be. Sure you can give yourself those days off, but come back stronger, and realize your blessings to start over again. Blessings are important to realize and reflect on. Let spring be the excuse to renew our mind, body and relationships . Start everyday thinking about what you are grateful for.
YOUR HEALTH
We should be grateful that everyday we wake up and we can breathe fresh air, walk on our own feet, and not be dependent on others. Your health is your golden ticket to living your life the way you want it, appreciate it.
YOUR MIND
We have the ability to think for ourselves, make decisions that could only favor us in the end, and train ourselves to learn more and more about anything that we wish. You do not have to be in school to keep the knowledge flowing and growing.
YOUR TIME
The pandemic lockdown taught us that our lives will never be like this again. Living during such unprecedented times, we were all given a little extra time. We carry this through present day, so whether that means catching up on reading, learning new skills, the options are unlimited.
YOUR PEOPLE
Friends and family surround us, we give love and we receive it. Our company is the reflection of ourselves. Being around people that give us warmth can have overwhelming effects on our happiness.
Remember what it was like being with your family during the pandemic lockdown. Well, reflect on the good mostly. Start to use them to your advantage and remember:
