5 Affirmations For the Creative Person

To think creatively, you have to believe in what you're doing, why you're doing it and eventually, should you choose - how to manifest it. With so many forms of meditations and apps to assist in daily spirituality, keeping it simple is the first step to being grounded and focused. Start with a solid affirmation that you can recite to yourself whether it's in the morning, during a mid-afternoon break or before going to bed. The importance of it is that it suits your way of thinking in order for you to 100% believe that it has already happened (that is essentially what manifestation is).

For my own purposes, mentally and spiritually, I don’t tend to go overboard in the “wishing and hoping” process. Anything that I set out to achieve, big or small, as long as it’s important and valuable to me, I do try my best to practice affirmations everyday. It calms my brain, it slows down my breathing, it forces me to stop whatever I am doing and be thankful that there is something out there I want to achieve. But, again I don’t do any specific methods that are available on TikTok. I just do what I feel comfortable doing and making sure I do it consistently every day and in a good frame of mind. (Trust me, there are some angry people out in the Universe who are with intent angrily trying to manifest some things)

I attracted brilliant ideas.

I was open to receiving abundance and opportunities.

I am grateful for what nourished my creativity.

I created things with love, mindfulness and empathy.

I created something that inspired someone.

Affirmations can work, at least it has for me. By repeating it, I tap into my subconscious and allow it to just sit there. For however long it takes, think of an affirmation like you're watering a plant. Everyday you have to feed it with good substances and intentions and soon enough --- when you are ready (and you will know when) it grows and manifests. Whether you believe in this sort of stuff or not, ask yourself, isn’t it more fun to believe?
