Pixie Market is one of the early fashion e-com sites. Launched back in 2006, pre-Nasty Gal, even way before Zara perched itself as the billion dollar maker. Founded by Magda Pietrobelli, Pixie Market cares about the environment and produces sustainably-made collections, which the brand says is a “work in progress.” Currently in the process of finding new ways to up-cycle solutions to fabric scraps to hopefully further reduce any waste. The New York based company manufactures with responsible family-run factories in Seoul and Los Angeles.
What we have always loved about this online shop is the curation of trends where the quality is kept high, sustainably made and with prices that are affordable. You don’t have to purchase trends on the fast-fashion cheap or the luxury high-end prices, there is a middle and that’s where Pixie Market stays so successfully.
