Girl to Know: Young photographer Emma Craft // DNAMAG

Emma Craft studies photography at Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. Inspired mostly by everyday personal life, her friends and recently her study abroad in Lacoste, France. Like most American girls interested in fashion and photography, Craft grew up slightly encouraged by French culture. In her bio she relates to "lusting after the idea that she lives inside one of Fragonard's dreamscapes of painting".

The majority of Craft's work is film photography and polaroids, both formats allowing a storybook view of her subjects. The young photographer is already gaining steam with works in a variety of fashion publications such as Wonderland, Purple Diary, Vogue Italia, I-D and Refinery29. All this whilst in school, we can only hope and expect more good things to come from Emma Craft in the next few years.
