Everyone should have some kind of morning wellness routine in order to mentally and physically prepare for the day. Do whatever makes you feel best and most clear-minded- there is no right or wrong way to wake up!
8:00 AM (most mornings)
Wake up. Make a cup of tea with 1 scoop collagen peptides: I prefer chamomile :) Breakfast? If I have the time I try to make myself a couple poached eggs with toast.
9:00 AM
Dry brushing and facial roller:
Dry brushing and facial rolling supposedly helps detoxify by increasing circulation and promoting lymph node drainage in the face and body. I personally do it because it makes me feel more energetic and invigorated, which I need every morning.
9:15 AM
Shower: I use a detoxing shampoo once a week, Briogeo Scalp Revival.
Morning skincare routine in order:
I go in with a cotton pad and a light toner to finish off the cleansing process. I have extremely sensitive and dry skin so I make sure to only use gentle toners that will not strip the skin.
This is the best moisturizer I have ever used. It is lightweight but keeps the skin supple and radiant throughout the day. I use morning and night:)

If you have any kind of issue with redness in the morning, use a calming skin protectant with SPF of course.

9:30 AM
I am usually rushed so I have to dry my hair on the way out the door. Spray Living Proof Weightless Spray on damp hair and blow dry. On days when I skip washing my hair I use some kind of a dry shampoo/volume booster.
