Hopefully, you’ve moved on from lockdown 2020 banana bread and on to tastier treats. What I didn’t expect from the past year was finding myself in a more committed relationship with matcha. Matcha latte, matcha in my oatmeal, matcha green tea and I even devoured an adventurous, yet scrumptous matcha banana bread. This little green powder has found permanence in my kitchen shelf.
Then, the thought of matcha cream gave my lips an instant reason to live. Skya Eiland who goes by the Instagram @annyeongskya posts captivating drink recipe videos set to music (as well as on her YouTube channel.) Her specialty are fruity drinks sometimes mixed with coffee blends and always in exotic, pastel color forms.
