Women's March on Washington 🚺 What You Need To Know
On Saturday, January 21st history will take place as a mass migration of women will march on Washington. History will repeat itself as once again our anger, frustration and fears are all at the hands of Capitol Hill. On this monumental day, the reasons for marching are vast. A mother will march for her rights and her daughter's right to their own reproductive body. A sister, cousin and niece will march in protest over the sheer disrespect towards women that has been portrayed by the newly appointed President of our Country. It will not be in vein. It will make a difference. It will have a most significant impact. Energies will shift, whether they want to believe it or not.
There is a reason why women are the mothers and caregivers of humanity. We process pain when there is no choice but to accept it. We will always be able to take whatever wall, opposition, door, or glass ceiling that comes against us. Even if this is the first of many marches through the next four years, we will take it. We will stand up for our rights, our health, our families, our bodies and equality for all.
