Aligne is Hiring a Graphic Designer (London, UK)
We are looking for a passionate mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our brand team. You’ll be focused on elevating the brand through forward-thinking design across all digital, social, and print channels, spanning both the UK and US markets. This includes creating assets for social media, in-store, events, and other digital and print platforms.
As part of the brand team, you’ll collaborate closely with the commercial and content teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all customer touchpoints and campaigns. The Graphic Designer will design and deliver creative assets for ALIGNE.co, adhering to our design and visual direction guidelines. This position requires a team player with a hands-on approach to supporting creative projects. The role focuses on branding, content creation, research, and proactively testing new ideas, offering opportunities for growth and creative development.
You’ll stay on top of current and future trends within the fashion landscape, with a focus on brand building and storytelling. Working collaboratively across departments, you will bring a cohesive and creative vision to all design work. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio that demonstrates their passion for design, layout, and typography. Experience working across digital and print mediums is essential.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in graphic design within fashion brand.
Fashion background.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Proficient in video editing.
Proficient in social media platforms.
Retouching skills and image manipulation beneficial.
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.
Portfolio of work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the brand and commercial teams to ensure consistency and alignment of designs across all customer touchpoints.
Design assets for the website.
Design paid marketing assets.
Design and build newsletters.
Design printed collateral, including in-store and event materials.
Create assets for social channels.
Build brand presentations and decks.
Design packaging and other brand-related print materials.
Organise imagery and digital assets.
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
