Role Overview: This role will report to the Art Director
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer.
A solid creative portfolio that features art direction, typography work, graphics, and creative branding projects.
Must have an exceptional design talent, including detailed and strong taste in typography, photography, and design/editorial layout.
Skilled in traditional (print media, packaging, brand identity) and knowledge of non-traditional (digital- eCommerce, emails and social) projects.
Ability to work in a fluid environment and under tight deadlines.
Takes direction and constructive critiques well, while also having the ability to work autonomously and provide self-direction when needed.
Confidence to contribute with ideas.
Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment.
Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
A clear understanding of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides)
Clear and organized file management skills
Have basic knowledge of video editing software.
Basic understanding of social media platforms
Ability to problem solve with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledgeable on branding and fashion trends - historical and current.
Previous experience at an in-house organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the development and output of all marketing materials.
Assist with multiple weekly emails & digital ads, working within existing templates.
Design for social media platforms e.g., Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube etc.
Work across multiple mediums; print, web, brand identity, packaging, shoots.
Creation and updates to various design, sales, and marketing materials such as look books, fit guides, brand guidelines and internal decks.
Assist eCommerce team with collateral updates across web. Such as create swatches for eCommerce product pages; help resize and retouch product and lifestyle images, pass off website assets in correct dimensions and formats.
Assist with concepting and executing retail design assets.
Research new trends
Maintain creative consistency across multiple brand channels.
Research new trends and techniques, platforms, tools, and talent.
Responsible for asset deliverables.
Stay organized with daily responsibilities and ability to prioritize different tasks.
Stay up to date with FRAME’s key product messaging calendar.
Always be aware of what content we have and are using.
