Influenster is Hiring Campaign Copywriter (NYC)

Influenster’s mission is to connect the right people with the right products at the right time, fueled by the most relevant peer-to-peer recommendations. There are more than 50 million reviews written by over 6.5 million members – a number that is growing by 1 million new reviews each month. Members come to Influenster to read and write reviews, share photos and videos, participate in discussions, earn rewards, and to connect with brands and to each other. Brands partner with us on hyper-targeted sampling campaigns, to license reviews and user generated content for their marketing efforts, to conduct customized research, produce branded content, and connect with consumer advocates. Helping our members make empowered purchases is the core to everything we do.
As a Copywriter for Influenster, you will be a content generator who is comfortable writing in various formats including long form articles, emails, social media posts and in-app features. You should have a love for following trends in various verticals including beauty, lifestyle, tech, parenting and/or pet industries — and you should also be able to turn around relevant, timely content on those topics. In addition to writing, we are looking for an individual who can either visually conceptualize or create dynamic content formats, including infographics, videos, social media stories and the like. This role will report to the Senior Content Strategist and will be a critical member of a small team of creative and passionate self starters.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years experience creating content for brands and/or publishers.
Experience meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience creating copy and visual content for social media platforms.
Basic familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools (like Google Analytics, Firebase, MixPanel, and Domo).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt voice as needed.
Fluency in English and (Spanish, OR French, OR German) Written and Spoken
RESPONSIBILITIES
Write and optimize digital articles on a daily basis.
Create social media copy and aid in the creative representation of that content.
Create email campaign copy for client programs, including global programs.
Contribute to editorial planning meetings and brainstorms.
Analyze content performance in order to better deliver content to our users.
