We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Digital Design Team in Los Angeles on a full-time basis. Working alongside the Creative Director, this role is pivotal in shaping and executing our brand's image and content across all platforms, encompassing digital and print. Collaboration with our Copy, Marketing, E-commerce, and Social teams is fundamental. The Senior Graphic Designer will also oversee an in-house Junior Creative Assistant, ensuring seamless creative direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The design and production of digital content for our social and web platforms
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to create innovative designs and compelling stories in line with launch inspiration and campaign imagery
Work independently and collaboratively as needed, to complete a variety of design and production tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ensures proper sign off process-proofreads and verifies content & specs for all projects assigned.
The creation and set-up of weekly newsletters
Roll out of creative for Campaigns
Collaboration with the Marketing and E-commerce team for the implementation of website updates such as new product launches, updates to webpages, homepage changeovers.
Research for design development
Assisting in the retouching of imagery when needed
Assisting in the cut downs of video footage from photoshoots and edits for social media.
Assistance with social media platforms such as instagram and tik tok
Management of Junior Creative Assistant
Check in with the Social Media Manager via Marketing Director about launches (make sure selects are done / contact retoucher + send to retoucher
Monitor calendar (both content + product launches) to ensure all content + assets are ready for uploading and use - with ample time
Review and set up Product Pages with Creative Director - once approved inform Junior to upload imagery on BC and send product page mocks to the whole team
Manage Creative Director on timing with image selects - ensure selects are made within a timely manner once film has been categorised ready for selects
Work with intern on directing any additional uploading of imagery for back end product launches across all 3 websites
CAMPAIGNS
Work directly with Creative Director to output artwork and imagery that aligns with the initial concept of the project
Set up artwork ready for print for mediums such as, street posters, large scale artwork reproduction for billboards and associated visual platforms - approval and sign off process included
Be guided by Creative Producer and Head of Creative Operations on deadlines
NEWSLETTERS
Newsletters - copy / design / subject line etc. (work with Marketing Director + Social Media Manager to decide what we push on the newsletters) send tests to team and prepare in Mailchimp ready for Marketing Director to send to database
Set up all newsletters across 3 websites ready to send
Roll out of all sale content based of templates that have been created
CONTENT CALENDAR
Work directly with Social Media Manager to plan and execute content and requests for weekly visual creative roll out
Content Calendar (input newsletters and stories) - review and make suggestions on content in Monday meetings
Create daily instagram stories based on what is in the Content Calendar / what is being asked from Social Media Manager + Marketing Director
Retouching and video editing for any grid posts as requested by Social Media Manager
Roll out of all sale content based of templates that have been created
Creation of all paid social ads as requested by Marketing Director
RETOUCHING
Manage freelance retouchers - ensure images are deliverreMake any additional quick additional retouching if needed for Product Pages, Instagram and associated image outlets
VIDEO EDITING
Video edits for Instagram / TikTok as requested by Social Media manager
Video edits for Home Page to reflect product launches or as requested by Creative Director
ADDITIONAL
Set up artwork ready for print for any additional stationary / decals and associated artwork for Réalisation Par including Pop Up stores
Ensures proper sign off process-proofreads and verifies content & specs for all projects assigned
Communicate and manage suppliers / printers directly on any additional graphic work that is progress such as 520 N Western office artwork, new tote bags, garments bags and any additional item that requires Réalisation logo’s.
Have an understanding of the production schedule to ensure a smooth visual creative roll out
