Currently looking for a digital-first Designer with a focus primarily on design for paid and organic channels across social and CRM to join our fast-growing and dynamic Creative team. The primary duties of this role will be to create highly effective, top-class designs for growth marketing initiatives and other areas as needed.


The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of design fundamentals, high attention to design detail, and an awareness of today’s internet culture and trends.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication Arts, Fine Art or a related field

  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in creating digital assets, with a focus on Paid and Organic social

  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout and best practices across digital and a desire to continually strengthen that understanding.

  • Experience concepting with other teams to craft effective, innovative and on brand assets.

  • Excellent command of typography and an extreme attention to detail.

  • Well organized and solutions-oriented.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment yet maintaining the highest design standards.

  • A collaborative team player with an interest in learning from and listening to others.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, hardworking with a positive attitude.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch/Figma, and Google Suite

  • Experience with animated graphics and prototyping is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conceptualize and execute on innovative ideas to create effective and on-brand assets that drive growth

  • Design ambitiously, with a command of typography, composition, messaging hierarchy, and balance.

  • Design with both speed and accuracy for digital platforms

  • Collaborate with brand, growth marketing, and creative peers to enhance designs

  • Communicate and present ideas clearly and concisely with a desire for feedback and input from others

  • Self-organize and manage projects and deadlines to ensure a smooth process and on-time delivery of work

  • Leverage the Rent the Runway brand style guide to ensure consistency across all channels

  • Seek data and performance metrics to continue evolving and improving work

  • Craft creative tests to drive higher growth for the business
