Savage X Fenty is Hiring a Jr Graphic Designer (El Segundo, California / Hybrid)

We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. Under the direction of the Junior Art Director, the Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for the execution of brand creative that translates business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, and easy to understand. You’ll be able to clearly communicate creative ideas to both supervisors and stakeholders, collaborate on ideation with fellow designers, and work with the project management team to deliver solutions that are timely and effective. 

This position will report to the Junior Art Director.

The hourly range for this position is from $26.90-28.85. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion industry or a related field

  • Online portfolio that demonstrates technical graphic design ability and creative thinking

  • Strong knowledge of asset creation with the ability to work with data and analysis to optimize creative

  • Strong collaboration within creative team as well as cross-functional 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Experience working with Figma, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and other relevant design software

  • Project management systems experience (ie. Asana, Jira, Wrike)

  • Strong technical skills

  • Animation/Motion Graphic skills a plus

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintain a flexible mind and positive attitude

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • BFA/BA in Graphic Design

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop engaging visual content for digital/e-commerce campaigns including site banners, landing pages, emails and social assets.

  • Provide design support on print projects such mailers, booklets, and OOH designs as needed

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all design projects

  • Support cross-functional teams with design needs and provide creative input and solutions as required

  • Collaborate with the Jr Art Director and team of designers to execute creative concepts for promotional series, seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner

  • Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

  • Ensure on time and accurate delivery of all projects

  • Learn and leverage knowledge of our customers and company KPI’s to assure we are creating optimal assets

  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends
