REQUIREMENTS
Expertise in color theory and its application to fashion design.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the execution of color palettes for new collections, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends.
Creating Prints, making repeats and pitching colorways.
Collaborate closely with design teams to create cohesive visual presentations that convey SKIMS' design vision.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of digital and physical color standards, ensuring consistency across all product lines.
Conduct regular trend analysis and competitor research to inform seasonal color strategies.
Manage the workflow of the graphic art team, prioritizing tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
Mentor and guide junior graphic artists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Liaise with production teams to resolve any color-related issues during the manufacturing process.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and software relevant to color management and graphic design.
