Tropic Skincare is Hiring a Graphic Designer - FTC (Croydon, UK / Hybrid)
We're seeking a talented, Graphic Designer to join Tropic's vibrant creative division for a 12-month FTC. This role sits within the Ambassador Communications team where no two days are the same! This incredible opportunity will give you plenty of scope to work, and support on various campaigns targeted for our wonderful Ambassador community as well as projects relating to internal communications and PR requirements. You'll play a crucial role by creating fresh, stunning, and original content to supercharge Tropic's brand vision and guidelines across all creative touchpoints from marketing materials to social media and digital.

REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects is essential.
Additional proficiency in PowerPoint are highly desirable.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various platforms.
A solid understanding of design principles, layout, colour theory, and typography.
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Execution: Create visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Lead and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute innovative design solutions.
Adobe Suite Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in using Adobe Suite software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, to produce high-quality graphics and multimedia content. (If you have experience in PowerPoint, it would be great but not essential).
Project Support: Assist in the development and execution of creative concepts across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and excellence in design.
Deadline Adherence: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within specified timelines.
Adaptability: Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
Communication Skills: Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas, both verbally and visually, to the Creative Team.
